Portrait Commission for new Leeds office
The 88m Group is now recognised around the globe and has a multi-million pound commercial portfolio worldwide. This personal commission fits beautifully in the new Leeds office. The Boss was a nickname given to Mr Hussain after starting his entrepreneurial adventure at the age of 18. He set up his first of several children’s clothing boutiques in Leeds. Named after his mother Zarina. He sold his retail empire when he was 20 and went into residential property. In 2005 Mr Hussain decided to concentrate on commercial property and launched Cubic Acquisitions.

I've had the pleasure in illustrating the cover for Mr Godwin’s first book, 'The Battle for Sleepy Hollow' . Cwmcarn Memories
It’s been around 38 years since Mr Godwin read this to me in class. Everyone loved it!!
Mr Keith Godwin is now 71 and we are in the process of finally publishing his first book.
This is the first in a series of 7 books.
Sleepy Hollow was the name of a large house to be found in the woods. It belonged to an old lady called Mrs Muldoon who lived in the house alone except for a selection of animals she kept as pets.
The house was in a poor state of repair and very spooky. Most of the children in the village believed it was haunted and some even believed Mrs Muldoon was a witch. Mrs Muldoon lived a lonely life and I’m sorry to say that some of the children teased her and made fun of her. As a result of this she didn’t like children and whenever she saw any hanging about her house she would shout at them and chase them away.
It was to her house that Ted, Paul and Peter had to go to prove they were brave enough to become members of the gang.
The book will be available soon via Amazon
